Case Manager
Jayme Steger is a Case Manager and Peer Specialist with the Trans Housing Coalition (THC), a community-based 501(c)(3) organization in Atlanta, Georgia, that provides advocacy, education, training, case management, and linkage to care for Trans and Gender Non-Conforming (GNC) individuals.
As a trans woman living with HIV, Jayme brings invaluable lived experience to her work, offering a compassionate and informed perspective to those she serves. She has been a powerful voice at events like the U.S. Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCA) and other HIV-related conferences, including Partner 4Homes, where she has shared her journey and insights on the intersection of gender identity, health, and housing.
Currently, Jayme collaborates with organizations such as GHVP and Caring Works to deliver stability, supportive housing, and pathways to independence for marginalized communities. She is a tireless advocate for expanding PrEP access within the trans community and promoting holistic health care for trans women living with HIV.
Jayme is driven by her belief that trust and belief in oneself and others can unlock oneβs full potential, empowering individuals to thrive.
